I looked into that a few months ago. It was my understanding that they only took Minnesota residents. How do you go about getting an appointment? How long did it take until you were contacted? Any recommendations would be appreciated. I am desperate at this point.

The University of Florida’s COVID Restore Clinic is good. They do virtual appointments. Dr. Estores has me on a plan that I am slowly seeing improvements.

Go to the MayoClinic website. There is a place to REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT.
You will be directed to a questionnaire. That will be evaluated by a group of doctors who determine if you are eligible for the Covid program.
You can actually even call MayoClinic and tell them you are requesting an appointment & they will explain what you do.

My cardiologist here in Charleston SC with Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) has some relationships with Mayo and Vanderbilt. He handled the referral and recommendation and Mayo connected within a couple of weeks.
