Hello @dawny10000 and welcome to Mayo Connect. From your post, I think that you are seeking to stay at the Hope House. Is this correct?

You need to contact Mayo Clinic to check on availability. I suggest that you contact Mayo Concierge services and see if they can answer that question.

Here is there contact info:
By phone 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday: 507-538-8438 (CST)
Email: concierge@mayo.edu

I hope that are able to find a place to stay.

Greetings @dawn10000, I don't know if Hope Lodge is the facility you are mentioning. However, that is where my life partner and I stayed for 30 days of proton treatment after his prostate surgery. It was just a few feet away from the entrance to the underground walkways to the Mayo Clinic.

We were very impressed with the facility and the quality of care. Actually, the local community made us feel very welcome. One night the high school basketball team came and cooked dinner for us. Then another night the nursing graduating class made supper right before their ceremony. And then one night a 10-year-old boy came to cook dinner for us on his birthday. What a joy that was.

Good luck to you. Here is the phone # for Hope Lodge. (507) 529-4673.k

May you be safe, protected, and free from inner and outer harm.
Chris
