It’s been a while since I worked in the dental field but we were required to replace all our water system going to the hand drills and sprays with an external water system. We had to change the water every day and we used bottled water. I hope that hasn’t changed. I know after I left the dental field the dentist I went to also had that system set up.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It's interesting to hear how things were done in the dental field a while ago. While some practices may still use external water systems with bottled water, technology and regulations in dental offices have evolved over time. Many clinics now use advanced water filtration and treatment systems to maintain the highest hygiene standards. However, daily water changes and the use of external water systems may still be a common practice in certain areas or clinics. It's always fascinating to see how the field continues to improve!
