Lymphomas can present as a blue tumor in the upper arm. You want to have this examined by a dermatologist.
Other types of cancers can appear as a lump or lumps. It could simply be a lyphoma--an innocent cluster of fat.
I hope it's fat. But don't take any risks.

Lipoma is usually movable, and benign. Fatty tissue.

My mother had a lump on her upper arm. We were shocked to find out it was cancer - non-Hodgkin’s large B cell lymphoma.
