I would love to know your source for smoke tree leaves and the preparation of the soaks. I’m finishing my third week of chemo radiation for anal cancer.

See my reply to @cathrine for preparation of the smoke tree leaves soak, I hope it also helps you to provide relief for the post radiation burns. Mine were in full blast a week after I finished my ChemoRadiation treatment but doing the sitz baths soaks 4-5 times a day and using the Flamazine cream (and later Penaten cream) the doctor prescribed, 4 weeks later the skin is already healed back to normal.
