I agree that Zofran causes constipation. There are times when I definitely need it. I also asked my doctor for a prescription for Phenergan. It helps with milder nausea.

Hello,
I was prescribed Ondanzatron for nausea while going through cancer treatments and it greatly helped.

Since then I am being treated for migraines and my specialist prescribed me Ondanzatron to take along with my prescription and it helps as well!

If your prescription is causing constipation, try Metamucil 3 times daily!

Really the chronic nausea try to get to the bottom of it. If it’s a side effect of medication you’re taking the maybe you can try a different medicine. Or how you take them.
But also consider like myself, when you’re nauseous. So keep a journal. I found out my pancreas is producing all the enzymes necessary and so I’m always nauseous.
Don’t give up dear!!
