I realize osteoporosis is not HRT's primary purpose, but if it is prescribed EXPRESSLY for osteoporosis, I would expect an osteoporosis doc to be informed!!!

I agree. I can't imagine a situation in which they wouldn't be informed. My doctors know what meds I'm on and why.
