Going cold turkey off psych meds is dangerous. You need medical guidance and to do it very slowly.
I’ve gone cold turkey off ATIVAN multiple,times, but I never abused it. I only ever took 1mg per day. Stopping was easy, only withdrawal symptom is insomnia.
