Hi Colleen, thanks for responding. I hope I can help others in some way. I was able to gather my records from the local hospitals and overnighted them to MD Anderson. I’m waiting to hear back from them. I’m hoping I can find a doctor closer to home, maybe at Mayo in Jacksonville. That’s only 6 hours away from where we live and since MD Anderson is primarily a cancer hospital, I thought it might be good to be associated with Mayo. Hopefully, I will hear something from my surgeon at MD Anderson soon. Does anyone know of a gastroenterology surgeon at Mayo?
