Hi Justin. I have posted and talked with one member. I'm thinking I did that wrong. I apologize as I've never belonged to a site like this before. Im lost. Maybe this site is to advanced for me. Im older and not to good at this. This seems complicated to me. I thought you go to chronic pain site. Hit it and start a conversation. Again. Sorry if I did it wrong.

To get Justin's attention, try entering his whole name, which is @JustinMcClanahan.

I'm 66, and understand how challenging it can be to navigate in online groups. Keep trying. You'll get it.

@janie56, you have done nothing wrong, so no need to apologize! I'm here to help you get situated and comfortable using Connect. You are doing it correctly.

The best way to use Connect, if you are responding by email, is you hit the VIEW & REPLY button at the bottom of the email. This will take you the actual Mayo Clinic Connect site so that you can see the entire conversation.
