Hi, I am using OSIA2 Implant for my left ear. Overall the device is good but the after Implant service from Cochlear(India, Pune) is very pathetic. I had harrowing time to get my initial setting of the processor, after the implant. Its been 5 months since my implant, still I have not received my warranty card for the implant, processor and accessories.

I’ve only had my OSIA 2 for 4-5 weeks now. I may have misunderstood your support statement (?) but my Audiologist had made arrangements for my card to arrive a few weeks prior to the surgery. My fitting and programming of my single sided OSIA 2 was handled by my Audiologist, as with follow-up fine tuning with no issues. I’ve gone thru the Cochlear website to order my Dri Pak and even able to call their English speaking support team on a couple of occasions prior to my surgery with no issues; albeit non warranty related with that I would have gone thru my Audiologist.
The only thing I’m not impressed with is their phone app which is mediocre at best as I transitioned from a Phonak single sided hearing aid which had an excellent app.
