I, as a Christian, had always heard too, that God will never give us more than we can handle.
But then I heard someone say, sometimes God does give us more than we can handle, but nothing He can't handle. God is bigger than Cancer. God can heal us if He chooses to do so. There have been pan cancer patients who have survived past 5 years. I know we have to be realistic. I know we can't tell God what to do; He is sovereign. But we can be assured, as a believer, that He understands our pain and suffering and that He is there right beside us in our journey. And we can be assured He does hear our prayers and that He loves us.

Sometimes I felt God has abandoned me even though I continuedly pray to Him, but my pain and discomfort still persists. I will continue pray for healing not knowing the results because He told us pray without ceasing. My entire Church Family also prayed for me, a great comfort and love from the Body of Christ.

Psalm 13 comforts me:
1 How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever?
How long will you hide your face from me?
2 How long must I wrestle with my thoughts
and day after day have sorrow in my heart?
How long will my enemy triumph over me?
3 Look on me and answer, Lord my God.
Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death,
4 and my enemy will say, “I have overcome him,”
and my foes will rejoice when I fall.
5 But I trust in your unfailing love;
my heart rejoices in your salvation.
6 I will sing the Lord’s praise,
