I ordered and received my shipment few days ago.
It’s really not doing much for my foot pain, and pins and needles in my feet.
I’ll continue using it and see if it works better.

Both work great

Maybe your body needs to get used to it. I hope so. I tried lots of things medical marijuana gummies, capsaicin, various creams. Susan’s works for me. Let me know how you progress. Good luck!
