You didn't say if you have an ileostomy or a colostomy. Only a surgeon can answer your question after he reviews your medical history.

I have a colostomy. I have no medical history that I can read, as it in Portuguese.

It may or may not be the same. They removed your sigmoid but I'm not sure if that would be an indication of how high a colostomy you have. I would suggest finding a provider who can get the Portuguese records translated and do a examination to see what you have going on. I assume you still have your rectum/ anus. Otherwise a reversal is not going to be possible.
