I too have had Rituxan 3 times and had the fatigue for a couple of days afterward. I also had low blood sugar reactions at the end of infusions which I was prone to otherwise. I think that is unusual but I would recommend you take plenty to eat during infusions to prevent that. You didn’t mention why you were getting it, but it’s a good drug for many things, especially autoimmune diseases that are refractory to milder treatments. Good luck and take plenty to do while infusing to keep your mind occupied and anxiety level down.

Thank you! Making a PB&J sandwich soon to take with me. I was diagnosed with MOGAD in Sept. of this year. Currently on high dosage of Prednisone. Not fun! Had to fight with my health insurance company for a month. But I am feeling positive!
