Hi @mntwoodsman. That was quite a statement from your doctor…and pretty grim! No wonder you’d like a second opinion.

Here’s a link for the Mayo Clinic where you can request an appointment. You’ll get a prompt for ‘new patient’ and click there. Then you can decide on which Campus is most convenient for you and either make the phone call or apply online.
