as others have mentioned, Melioguide (https://melioguide.com/) is a great resource for learning how to move and exercise safely. She has very informative videos on appropriate exercise with osteoporosis. Surprisingly, most PTs are not familiar with limitations in movement in those with osteoporosis. I've had many PTs since being diagnosed and I've always had to tell them what movements I would not do as most had no clue that curling forward was contraindicated. Best to educate yourself first so that you can educate them and then get a plan of appropriate and safe exercises.
