Replies to "fourj, I had tenosynovitis in my wrist. It was called De Quervains tendonitis. It was excruciatingly..."
On Friday past the physiatrist gave me a ultrasound guided injection of I think lidocaine, anesthetic, and cortizone. The idea is to settle the tendon inflammation down. I also had a cortizone shot 2 weeks before by osteo surgeon. It didn't seem to do much for pain but at that point I didn't have a diagnosis.
My foot now feels more numbness and cold. Ugh.
