I too have suffered this condition after having COVID. Try Standard Process (a brand) Antronex. It is a liver detox supplement. When the liver has trouble detoxing, it exacerbates symptoms in the sinuses. I’m a small person, 125 lbs and I took 3 tabs morning and evening until my symptoms were much better (a couple of weeks), then tapered down to just 1 to 2 once or twice a day. This was a MIRACLE worker for me, my symptoms are 90% better, I can now sleep at night without sinus issues. They have a bottle of 330 tabs for $48. You can go to their website and put in your location information and it will list local locations where you can buy this. Please give it a try and post your results back to this list. It worked so well for me, I’m curious to see if it works for others.

Hello @biggsy . Thank you for your post. Apologies for the delay I've been away! However, I'm really keen to read your post. I am sure that covid has knocked the hell out of one of my bodily functions, and was hoping that the DAO gut remedy might work, but it didn't. I am now going to buy some of your Antronex. Thank you - I will defo report back when I've tried them for a couple of weeks.

I really wish you all would give the above product I recommended a try. For $48 it isn’t too expensive to try, the bottle lasted me approximately three months. I started a second bottle end of October, just one tablet a day for me now, so this bottle will last me almost a year. My symptoms continued to improve on the second bottle to point of them being back to normal for me…I always had a little bit of sinus issues. But no more Extreme Post Nasal drip, no more sleepless nights due to post nasal drip.
