OrthoFeet work for me!!! Nothing to lose...free shipping and returns plus a trial period! And they have every style you can think of. I was placed into the world of Neuropathy while being treated for Bronchiectasis. The ID doc left me on a high powered antibiotic for too long!! And I was telling her that something was going on with my feet! Neuropathy from this drug (Linezolid) is supposedly irreversible!
This lead to finding a doc for the neuropathy. I'm seeing a chiropractor whose mother has neuropathy, so I figured he understands! It's all natural....lots of supplements, infrared light treatment, and electrical stimulation. Seven and 1/2 weeks ago I could not walk at all. Tormenting 24 hour a day pins and needles. That all went away. I am still numb from the knees down with spots of feeling coming back here and there. I started walking around the block a week ago (with the occasional weaving), but my biggest disappoint is not being able to drive yet.
I should be fighting only the Bonchiectasis battle, but thanks to the ID doc I'm fighting two battles now!

I agree that the OrthoFeet shoes offer comfort and soft, squishy feeling, rather than painful pressure. I order a size larger than my past shoe size so all points of contact are gentle. I have not tried the other brands listed in this thread so its good to know there are options.

Your story is intriguing to me since I was also prescribed several broad spectrum antibiotics back in 2007 as my internist thought I had a nasty sinus infection that would re-occur shortly after a coarse of Levaquin or Ceph. and lots of Prednisone. This went on until Mayo Clinic ENT diagnosed me with Aspirin Exacerbated Respiratory disease (AERD) in 2014. Yes, sounds crazy and I was told the numbness in my big toes was Idiopathic Neuropathy that had no known cause or cure.

Its great to hear that your nerves are healing and there is a form of treatment that may help others. For the most part, we are told chiropractors, supplements and expensive Rebuilder units have no healing effect but may reduce pain. Hopeful that you have ultimate healing.
