This may not apply to anyone who has commented but maybe for someone who reads It. I have had double hip replacements which eliminates me from eligibility for Proton Therapy.
I'm now scheduled for SpaceOar, 3 Fiducial Seeds, 26 EBRT and 6 months of Orgovyx. Started the Orgovyx two days ago. Hoping for good results

Very curious why double hip replacement dq'd you from proton therapy.
I have 2 replaced hips, and there was some difficulty in mapping my pelvic area/pelvis lymph nodes for salvage radiation (std IMRT, not proton) post RP. Needed a 2d simulation with a balloon for a successful pathway.
Re: Orgovyx - I had 4 mos together with my salvage radiation. The side effects were impactful, but not overwhelming. Guys respond differently, so best wishes for minor SEs.
