Yes, first, don't be afraid, and second, please get the best surgeon your insurance will provide; one who will do his/her best to get all of the tumor off during the laparoscopic surgery and have the hysterectomy done as quickly at possible so avoid metastatic spread of the cancer tumor or cells to organs, for instance, which may results in a (higher) grading and staging.
