Hi John , I hear a lot about pain , ,tingling ect . , here but I’m interested how people cope with the numbness of the feet , my walking suddenly , in fact overnight became incredibly difficult to walk , which I have not had a major issue with . I’m terrified what this may mean as I don’t think it is a so called flare up as it’s been 10 days now . I can’t walk without assistance now , so as I said I’m interested how people manage if you know please . I’m 63 .
John - I almost always struggle walking barefoot; even at the pool I need a cushion on my feet to walk both inside the pool and out on the concrete deck for both balance and comfort. Yet on rare occasions my feet feel like they’re wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned shoes are too much. Do you ever feel like you need to alternate between Skechers and zero drop shoes? I’m not sure how safe it would be for me to frequently change shoe styles, so just wondering if your feet ever oscillate between needing flat vs fluffy.
