Well I know that I haven't been able to take as much pure magnesium powder as is usually recommended in the past (as in I had to take one scoop a day instead of two) and I also get very sick to my stomach whenever I have Whey protein. This was made using goat's milk, so I was hoping it would be better. So, both may have contributed. It took me years to discover that although I do have some lactose intolerance, it is the whey protein in milk that really makes me sick. In retrospect, I should have known to start with a much lower dose than he recommended, but I wasn't thinking as clearly as I should as we're in the final stages of selling one home and moving into another right now, and it's all just a little overwhelming. Thanks for replying to me!
