That sounds awful. If you haven’t already, please contact Dr. McCormick to let him know. Yes, it’s very possible you could be taking too much potassium, magnesium, or something else with all the supplements you’re taking vs. stomach flu, food poisoning, dehydration, etc. Feel better soon!

Well I know that I haven't been able to take as much pure magnesium powder as is usually recommended in the past (as in I had to take one scoop a day instead of two) and I also get very sick to my stomach whenever I have Whey protein. This was made using goat's milk, so I was hoping it would be better. So, both may have contributed. It took me years to discover that although I do have some lactose intolerance, it is the whey protein in milk that really makes me sick. In retrospect, I should have known to start with a much lower dose than he recommended, but I wasn't thinking as clearly as I should as we're in the final stages of selling one home and moving into another right now, and it's all just a little overwhelming.
