Since my second bout with covid and two vaccines I have been diagnosed with barrets, diverticulosis, stomach ulcers, gastritis, I have a autoimmune desease attacking my thyroid ,nodules on both left and right thyroid,a rare eczema called lichen planus on my but, glossitis on my tongue, this virus really made well the people that died quickly and the long covid people who are dieing slowly, and a government who don't give a rats ass.

Bless You! I'm so sorry about all of the issues you have. I'm almost in the same boat as you, but, not as serious. Can you please tell me what glossitis of the tongue is like? I have issues with my mouth producing excessive saliva since COVID with mucous in the back of my throat. Some days, I spit all day long. I get choked on this stuff at night. I scrape my tongue to get rid of this stuff every morning, salt water rinse, lemon ginger tea, take a mucous thinner and irrigate my sinuses (the saline solution helps dry up the mucous and saliva from irrigating.) I am going to try cinnamon tea, as it said to help dry up excessive salive, but, it has to be ordered. Does any of this sound like Glossitis and your symptoms? Thank you for your time and I am praying for you. I care.

I am so sorry.I have sibo and a bunch of other fun symptoms too.I feel like sibo, gastritis, leakygut and candida seem to go hand in hand.I just wonder how long covid can linger in the GI tract for.If it is just hanging around in the GI tract that is why other symptoms are popping up. I know it can inflame pretty much every organ and my whoke body was attacked.I have thyroid disease already, but am being checked for other autoimmune diseases as well. The problem is Covid is bringing on new Autoimmune diseases that the medical world does not even know about and making existing ones worse. It took about 20 Doctors to figure out I had thyroid disease years ago including a top doctot at John's Hopkins. Finally a local Doctor figured it out.It is very sad.
