Hello: I hope you are better. I had 2 lumpectomies also. 1 cancer the other not it was 9/22 and my breast is extremely sore as well as my whole right arm with nerve pain. This was from the sentinel node removal. I was told to do Volteren a topical pain creme and tylenol. I hope this helps you.

@hollyng I just read your post regarding nerve pain from your 2 lumpectomies. How has your recovery been? Pray you are doing better & nerve pain is gone. I had a mastectomy in 2019 & have nerve pain maybe (?) still. My Serratus Anterior muscles (ribs) get very sore & in the beginning would go into muscle spasms. Much better now but achy like a sore muscle is still there. I have acupuncture treatments for the last 3 yrs and have had great success with that in helping me. It’s not gone but greatly improved. Nerve damage from the surgery takes a long time to heal in some cases - like mine but I am thankful it is improving. I do everything to keep it at abeyance. It’s a learning journey.
