There’s a service provided by volunteer pilots who fly patients to medical centers. It is particularly for those who cannot afford or are too ill or disabled to fly commercially. It’s usually available on a limited basis, but if that applies to you, might be worth looking into. It’s called Angel Flights. Used a lot for cancer patients but I think they help others as well.
