What pillow works for you to help reduce pain?

I suggested down pillows, which have been in existence for centuries
probably. Mine is not new, getting over 25 years old, and they can be
washed. Of course down feathers tend to come out, one at a time you
will see one peek out. My down sofa is the same way. One can purchase
down pillows in any good store. They are very soft, but you can punch
them around for comfort. Mine may have lost too many feathers through
the years, so I use two. ladujane85
i m also a down pillow lover. I use more than one pillow, a down one is perfect for my body, but not for under my head,
I wrote to you because you said the feathers come out.
I was wondering if you had tried pillow protectors?
They make them in a high thread count so the feathers can't come out easily. I also put two pillow protectors on and have no trouble if I ran out of the
the better grade covers. Hope that helps with the feather situation, I know they are very uncomfortable when they sticky a person!
