Drummergirl, I bought (and read) both of Dr. McCormack's books so I am not being disrespectful here. Just make sure you know that he is a chiropractor, not a medical doctor. It doesn't make any difference to me, but when I mentioned that to my MD, well the eyeballs rolled!

My Primary Care is following Dr McCormick advice!

If you learned from Dr. McCormack's book I would say that was information gained. It is your (our)journey in life and we want to make the best decisions for ourselves.

"Eyeballs rolled" Oh dear!
He doesn't think a chiropractor who was diagnosed with this terrible disease, spending his entire life studying it, with the desire to educated us, so we may make a choice that we are most comfortable with is deserving of some respect. If only the medical profession would take such an interest.

To @kellettla , Wishing you the best! ❤️

I would recommend Dr. Doug Lucus. He is a medical doctor and has many YouTube videos.
