Thanks so much John I live in California would you think if I move to Arizona close to a Mayo Clinic would be helpfull ? For my disease I heard Mayo Clinic was the best for my disease would love to hear your input

Mayo Clinic would certainly be a great choice if possible. You might also want to look into the Mayo Clinic Care Network whose members are able to collaborate with Mayo Clinic specialists and allow you to receive treatment closer to home.
