Have you compared the Aeroeclipse/Ombra with the Pari options?

I have not compared those options. Have you? The Pari eflow is tempting because of its nebulization time but it’s pricey. Might be worth it since I’m using it twice a day.

I use a Pari Proneb max compressor with the AeroEclipse XL nebulizer set. At NJH they just ask if I had a compressor & didn’t push the OMBRA® Compressor. But with the Pari I don’t see an option to use continuous flow.
