What is a bone quality test? Is it done along with the DEXA scan? I have osteoporosis and my Dr is pushing me to take Prolia, which I really don't want to do.

Would this be the first med you would be on for osteoporosis? If so, what is his rationale dor this rather than a bone builder first?
