Kitty2, Vicks puts out a steam inhaler unit that you plug in. You put water in it first and a Vicks strip. I want to say its about $35 on Amazon. It helps me when I get really clogged up and can't breathe with sinus. You put your face down inside the plastic mold and inhale the steam. I also use Afrin for 3 days and come off because my ENT said you can rebound with Afrin and your body will require more of it. I also use a Bed Buddy (online with Amazon) heat pack on my face that goes in the microwave when the sinuses get infected and get those sinus headaches....you know the ones....so much pressure in your face and tenderness.
