Hi Arlo @equanimous It takes me 20 minutes to nebulize saline from neb/Aerobika also. How much time does it take you for the clearing part? I take a few huff coughs during the neb/Aerobika part but they're still more to do. It seems to take me F O R E V E R to get it mostly all up and it's kinda exhausting.

Hi Scoop,
Inhaling saline thru my neb + Aerobika causes me to cough throughout the (20 minute) session. When this happens, I expel the mucus (usually into a tissue) and then continue with the treatment. I find that I don't have to huff cough that much because breathing in the combo of saline + Aerobika triggers my lungs to let go. I cough up light yellow and clear goey type mucus. I feel pretty clear afterwards. I do that 2x per day. On the other hand, when I use my compression vest (without Aerobika or nebulizer), very little mucus comes up. So, when vesting, I will stop the treatment every 5 or 10 minutes and huff cough but find not much comes up. What I've noticed is that neb+Aerobika is much more effective in clearing my lungs. That being said, I have been debating whether to discontinue the vest and just go with neb+Aerobika.
