@irenea8 Sorry about the confusing post.
FWIW=for what it's worth !
From reading here, NJH recommends bronchiectasis patients use this set up:
https://www.monaghanmed.com/product/aeroeclipse-xl-r-ban-nebulizer-with-ombra-compressor/
The nebulizer is the AEROECLIPSE® XL R BAN™ [Nebulizer] where saline goes, with the OMBRA® Compressor. The pictured nebulizer has 2 settings -- one is breathe activated and the other setting not. So you can choose to have a continual mist inbetween breaths or not. It's about $10 at https://www.saveritemedical.com/ -- no script required but keep in mind the AEROECLIPSE® XL R BAN™ only works with certain compressors.

Have you compared the Aeroeclipse/Ombra with the Pari options?

I bought all of these devices about a year ago. It is now time to replace the Aerobika and Aeroeclipse XL (I've had 2 of these). My question for you and others: are either the Aerobika or the Aeroeclipse XL covered by Medicare under durable medical devices? If so, are you aware of any Medicare suppliers that carry these products? Thanks!
