My neb/Aerobika treatment takes about 20 minutes to get the very most out of it. I find doing neb/Aerobika is extremely effective in causing me to cough up lots of mucus.

Hi Arlo @equanimous It takes me 20 minutes to nebulize saline from neb/Aerobika also. How much time does it take you for the clearing part? I take a few huff coughs during the neb/Aerobika part but they're still more to do. It seems to take me F O R E V E R to get it mostly all up and it's kinda exhausting.
