Good morning Covidstinks2023...thanks for your reply..we sound so much alike..you are right the inhalers do not work..really nothing does,,they gave me doxycline also..finished it yesterday..still coughing like crazy..I just bought the neilmed sinus rinses yesterday. I was able to get an appointment with a ENT on friday, my regular doctor is on vacation. I am so tired. We sound so much alike. I saw the vicks shower melts yesterday at target and was thinking about the humidifiers also. I am drinking as much as I can. I probably need some more Neb treatments. I still wonder if I had Covid or RSV in August or early September. I am just like I was when I had it Decembere 2021 when they would not let me come to the hospital because they were so full with covid patients. Thank you so much for your prayers and thoughts. Kitty2, Vicks puts out a steam inhaler unit that you plug in. You put water in it first and a Vicks strip. I want to say its about $35 on Amazon. It helps me when I get really clogged up and can't breathe with sinus. You put your face down inside the plastic mold and inhale the steam. I also use Afrin for 3 days and come off because my ENT said you can rebound with Afrin and your body will require more of it. I also use a Bed Buddy (online with Amazon) heat pack on my face that goes in the microwave when the sinuses get infected and get those sinus headaches....you know the ones....so much pressure in your face and tenderness. The heat pack helps. Check with your doctor before using any of these. Continued blessings & prayers for you to get better my friend.
