I think we've had this discussion before. I am definitely affected by high oxalate and high lectin foods, so you can chalk me up as the first person you've met who does have a problem with them. You have previously directed me to Michael Greger. His strictly vegan diet is not for me as a large part of my diet is meat, dairy and eggs - high protein, low carb, low oxalate/lectin.

Yes, I think we've had this conversation before. I wish you a lot of luck with your current diet. Unfortunately, meat, dairy and eggs are very low-nutrient density foods and devoid of fiber, which is one of THE most important macronutrients that most Americans lack in their diets. Your gut flora feeds on fiber and this is where most of your immunity takes place. And BTW, I am not a vegan because I do eat small amounts of animal protein, but I often reference his site because of the research behind his findings. Take good care of yourself.
