Funny, but I have yet to hear that turmeric is a problem for anyone! I realize that oxalates might contribute to some forms of kidney stones, but I've had kidney stones many years ago (before I changed my diet to whole foods organic), and since then I've had no issues. If you happen to be following Dr. Gundry, I think he is misinformed and trying to sell his supplements more than provide evidenced-base research to the public. Dr. Gundry is very anti-lectin, but beans are the common demoninator in the Blue Zones, where people often live to be over 100 without chronic illness.
