@pennykj it looks like the study dealt with preserving bone density and alleviating symptoms (though osteoporosis does not have symptoms I have been told). It doesn't mention reversing loss that has occurred.

I was afraid of drugs and my docs were afraid for me due to a variety of other issues. I started Tymlos at a low dose and ramped up, and mostly did 3/4 dose for the full time. I had excellent gains in my spine. Maybe that approach would help you.
