Yes!I had the same thing you did.I had to go to the emergency room several times and all they could find was alot of stool in the intestines as well.It has been going on for over a year.I have had the best tests run at Mercy Hospital and it is showing everything is working like it should.I don't have gastroparesis. It has to be severe nerve damage brought on by covid.I was doing research and it looks like the vagus nerve controls alot of this and covid is linked to damaging the vagus nerve. The Doctor gave me medicine for extreme constipation, but it does not help much.I have a really unusual case though because I don't have any strength in my trunk of my body and I don't get the signals anymore that my belly is full or food going down to the belly.I have been to so many specialists and no one knows.

Wow! We should keep in touch. I am so sorry you are going through this.

For the constipation, Dr Schultze's Intestinal Formula #1 was the only thing that has helped me. You have to play with the number of pills that will help (I have to take 4), but it helped me. You can get it on Amazon.

I am trying acupuncture. I went for my first one last night. I'm hoping that helps, as no Dr can help me with any of my medical gastro problems.

I hope you can find an answer. It's an awful thing to go through.

Photo from hip x-ray I had done. When they showed it to me, my first question was “what’s that in the middle?” They said I was constipated! I laughed out loud, because that morning I had 3 bowel movements. Covid has done something to us, tired of trying to figure it out.
