Capsaicin .1% cream rubbed on the bottom of my feet provides pain relief for me for up to 8 hours. I use disposable vinyl gloves to apply it.

Capsaicin cream...good for the bottom of the feet, painful on the top in my case....figure it out! I use ziplock bags instead of the gloves to apply the cream...ziplock the massaging hand....after each use, throw the ziplock bag away!

Plan to try this...I was using peppermint oil, but think I need something stronger.
