Hello @relapse like @katgob said above, no cure, but maybe management. This has to be a terrible blow for you, I hope you have family and friends to help you process this hardship.
Since I know nothing of your situation except what you posted above, I can’t say if your cancer is similar to mine or not but I can tell you that progression free metastatic breast cancer is a thing. There are a few of us here on connect. In some cases breast cancer along with other cancers can now be treated more like a managed disease.
All hope is not lost❣️I would say that a second or even a third opinion might be helpful.
Are you being treated at a specialized cancer? If not is there any chance of getting to one for a consult?

This is my second opinion from bc specialist. Stage 4 Est+, Her2+ invasive lobular. No tumor, just lots of bc cells on chest wall. Started back on letrozole last month, start herstatin this week. I never even heard the word before last month, but I REALLY hate the word palliative!!
