My husband is the same way with his NDPH (New Daily Persistent Headache, 24/7 head pain). He can feel a storm coming in 3 - 4 days before the event too. I wish there was something to block the effects of barometric pressure changes.

I am so sorry that is something that is so debilitating. I knew yesterday that it would rain Wednesday and now the weather bureau has changed the forecast to 1 inch of rain in the storms when before it was 20% chance of even a storm. I wish someone would take up the research into this and help those who suffer like your husband. I have zero arthritis only this pain as barometric pressure changes minutely. My son seems to have the same curse, unfortunately, so it seems to be the way we are constructed.
