They had me on Linzess, miralax, dulcolax, Mg Citrate. I'm off all of those and am now on Dr Schultz's Intestinal Formula 1. That is much better for the constipation BUT, I still have the constant bloating and weight gain.

Hi l certainly relate to this and wondering if you were able to get off everything after the intestinal formula 1 supplement?
I have had chronic constipation since childhood. Sometimes it would be weeks before I would be able to go, after stool softeners, ducalax, muralax and magnesium.
After a colonoscopy 5 years ago, the doctor said I needed to go off those pills. They had made my colon black and my eyes were yellowing from the stool softeners. He recommended several and they gave me samples, but only amitiza helped.
It’s been 5 years and it has stopped working well for me and I have had to take 2 magnesium capsules every night and still have problems.
I am interested in trying formula 1 if it doesn’t tear up my stomach.
Is it still working well for you? Well besides the bloating and weight gain;( I’m also bloated and am slowly gaining weight and feeling miserable.
I need a change for sure and hope you start feeling better too!
