Hi @cancer007, I hope @pasc22 will join me in welcoming you as they also have pancreatic adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC). It sounds like your cancer was caught early being staged at 1B. Have the spots on the liver and lung been identified as related to the cancer? Did that change the stage? How was the cancer discovered?

The discovery of my Carcinom was made by a non-related MRI. I had no symptoms of pancreatic problems. The spots on my liver were present in follow-up CT scan. The lung spot presented itself @ my 30 months CT Nov 2022. A 3 mo chest only CT showed no change. As did my full 3 year scan last May. We'll take another peek @ everything with December scan. There has been no mention to me of any metastatic. Note my CA 19-9 values have never been higher than midrange.
