Greetings, I am in need of a second opinion. I am the son of an aging adult who needs a second opinion following a most recent hospitalization. The attending physician and hospital administration are unwilling to refer or sign paperwork for this patient/family request. Is there another way to get any On-Call Physician or Hospital to accept a patient needing an immediate follow-up opinion?
