This is an interesting discussion. I remember my gynecologist said I could use coconut oil, but I have not tried it. My husband recently brought home coconut oil for cooking (he does the cooking), but the oil only says 100% pure and does not mention organic. Does it matter if the coconut oil is organic or not? Thanks for any answers you give to me. With all good wishes, @joybringer1

My GYN did not say organic one way or the other, but organic is easy to find and not expensive so why not? I go for organic in anyway I can. But, that’s just me.

I bought coconut oil at Whole Foods. It’s a solid, but if it gets hotter than 85 degrees, it melts. I discovered that when electricity was off and we had no air conditioning.
I use it daily and also use estrogen cream twice a week. This works great, but i also do the pelvic floor exercises twice a week.
Masturbation helps as it increases blood flow to pelvic area.
There. I said it.
