Would there not be a definitive test for a virus associated with PMR if vaccine was possible. All I have had or read about with testing is SED rate (and the other common one, and nothing anywhere about specific virus, which is what triggers many diseases, and is used to develop vaccines for those specific diseases.

Vaccines do generally have specific targets. And no one knows where the the PMR target is. But this apparently is not a vaccine in the usual meaning. "However, the inverse vaccine is different from the typical vaccine. It job is to remove the immune systems memory of one molecule. This is how it can stop autoimmune disorders."
