Hi, I have a question relating to use of a gel for pain in my hip. The cause is likely to be narrowing of the vertebral space causing nerve inflammation. Since the pain is in my hip and the inflammation is at the site the lumbar vertebrae, where should I put the gel to get most relief? And thanks for all the posts. I have found them very helpful and I also get great relief from knowing that other people have this problem, and deal with it.
